Plans & limits
What each plan includes, how creator slots and the monthly quota work, and how upgrades and downgrades apply.

| Scale | $199 / month | 250 | 25,000 | 200 GB | Up to 5 people |
Every plan includes Instagram publishing, the calendar, Insights and AI assistants (MCP). Media storage grows with the plan, from 2 GB on Free to 200 GB on Scale. Paid plans add a team of up to five people. Prices are in US dollars, for a 30-day period, paid in crypto.
What the limits mean#
- Instagram accounts is the number of creators connected at the same time. See Manage creators.
- Posts per month counts every post scheduled for that calendar month (UTC), whether it’s published yet or not. Cancelled, failed and draft posts don’t count.
- Team is the number of people in the workspace, owner included. See Invite your team.
- Media storage is the size of the media library. Files are made smaller on upload and published ones leave the library after a delay you choose, so it goes a long way. See Upload content.
Change plan#
Choose a bigger plan in Plan & billing and pay the invoice. The new plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, for a new 30-day period at the full price of the new plan. Remaining days of the previous plan aren’t credited.
When a plan expires#
Publishing, uploads and new Instagram connections pause until you pay the renewal. Your creators, content and calendar are kept. Posts that come due in the meantime are blocked; reschedule them after renewing. There is no grace period, so pay the renewal invoice before the due date.
