What’s new in Toolies.

October 11, 2026#

Toolies identity. A folded T mark, refreshed site and authentication branding, genuine demo previews and Toolies names throughout the workspace, docs and AI integrations. Existing client spaces and Instagram connections are preserved; Instagram remains the currently supported publishing network.
Independent client spaces. Own and switch between several client workspaces. Creating a space no longer depends on available Postoria capacity; publishing attaches a separate provider workspace when needed.
Tenant integrity. PostgreSQL enforces same-workspace folders, creators and media attachments. Ownership transfers affect only the selected space, and account deletion checks every space you own.
Meet Toolies. A refreshed visual identity for the same creator workspace, Instagram publishing workflows and AI assistant integrations.
Dashboard remix. The same navigation, calendar and publishing workflows, with an inset workspace, clearer page headings, separate summary cards and refreshed sidebar states.
Deployment-specific support. Public contact links use the configured support email. If none is configured, contact your workspace administrator.

Busy calendars. The calendar and the week on the Overview now show every post, however many your creators have planned.

Creator folders. Group creators into folders, move several at once, and filter Content and the Calendar by folder. See Manage creators.
Media library. A gallery of every upload in Content, filed by the same folders, with multi-select to move or delete. Photos and videos are made smaller on upload. Published files leave the library 30 days after publication (or right after, if you choose) unless you keep them. Storage now grows with the plan, up to 200 GB. See Upload content.
New documentation. This site: guides for every part of Toolies, with search.
MCP page in the dashboard. Set up Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code in a click, and manage connected assistants in one place.

Connect from a phone. Show a QR code and let the creator approve access on their own phone. See Connect Instagram.
