What to ask

Talk to your assistant the way you’d brief a team member. Example requests and ready-made prompts.

Your assistant picks the right Toolies tools on its own. It asks before scheduling a lot or deleting anything, and you can always check the result in the calendar.

Plan
“Schedule Ava’s Reels for next week, two a day in the evening, using the clips I uploaded yesterday.”
Plan
“Find the empty days in the next two weeks and fill them from unused uploads. Show me the plan first.”
Fix
“Did anything fail to post this week? Tell me why and reschedule what you can.”
Edit
“Move Mia’s Saturday Reel to 8 pm and add #summer to the caption.”
Content
“Add this video to Toolies and post it on Lena’s account tomorrow at 7 pm: https://…/clip.mp4”
Results
“Which of Mia’s Reels did best last month, and when does she get the most views?”

Ready-made prompts#

Assistants that support MCP prompts offer these shortcuts in their chat menu (in Claude, click + and look for Toolies).

PromptWhat it does
Plan a creator’s week
plan_weekPlan and schedule next week’s posts for one creator from their unused uploads.
Weekly report
weekly_reportSummarize the last 7 days across the roster: what went out, what failed, what performed best.
Fill empty days
fill_gapsFind days with nothing scheduled and propose posts from unused content.

Tips for good results#

  • Name the creator and the time zone. “Ava, Paris time” avoids any doubt; each post keeps its time zone.
  • Ask for the plan first. “Show me the plan as a table, then schedule it once I confirm.”
  • Reuse your library. Upload a batch of clips in Toolies, then ask the assistant to spread them across the week.
  • Check failures weekly. “Did anything fail this week? Tell me why and reschedule what you can.”
