AI assistants (MCP)
Connect Toolies to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants, then plan, schedule and check your creators’ posts by asking in plain words.
Toolies includes a remote MCP server (Model Context Protocol), the open standard AI assistants use to work with other apps. Add it to your assistant once; then ask “Schedule Ava’s Reels for next week” and the posts land in your Toolies calendar, with the same checks as when you click through the dashboard.

- You approve each assistant and what it may do
- Disconnect it anytime from the MCP page
How it works#
- Add Toolies to your assistant
Paste the server URL once, in Claude’s or ChatGPT’s connector settings.
- Sign in and approve
Toolies opens its own sign-in page and asks what the assistant may do: look only, or also make changes.
- Just ask
“Schedule Ava’s week.” The assistant finds her uploads, plans the posts and Toolies publishes them on time.
Everything stays in your workspace: plan limits, the monthly quota and account checks apply, and you can review or change every post in the calendar afterwards. The easiest place to start is the MCP page in your dashboard, which shows the URL, setup steps for each assistant, and the assistants you’ve connected.

What an assistant can and can’t do#
With your approval, an assistant can see your creators, uploads, posts, calendar and statistics, and, only if you tick Allow changes, upload content and create, schedule, edit and cancel posts. It can never pay, change your plan, connect or remove Instagram accounts, change security settings or reach another workspace. Details in Permissions & security.
