Invite your team
Bring VAs, managers and clients into your workspace on a paid plan, without sharing passwords.
On every paid plan, a workspace holds five people: the owner plus four invited members. Each person signs in with their own account and only sees what their role allows. Teams aren’t available on the Free plan.
Invite someone#
Open the Team page
Go to Team and click Invite member. Owners can invite any role; managers can invite assistants and viewers.
Enter their email and pick a role
Use the address they’ll sign in with. Most VAs get the Assistant role.
They accept
Toolies emails them a link valid for 7 days. If they don’t have an account yet, they create one from the link and land straight in your workspace. Opening the link from that address also confirms their email.
A pending invitation holds a seat until it’s accepted, revoked or expires. You can resend it (the old link stops working) or revoke it from the Team page.
Switch between workspaces#
You can own several independent client workspaces and belong to one other team as a collaborator. Switch from the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar; Create another workspace adds a client space without changing your existing ones. To join a different collaborator team, leave the current one first; the invitation page offers to do it for you.
Change a role or remove someone#
On the Team page, change a member’s role from the menu on their row, or remove them. Removing someone, or their leaving, takes effect at once: they lose access, and any AI assistant they connected to your workspace is disconnected. Posts they planned stay scheduled.
If your plan goes back to Free#
Your team is paused, not deleted. Members can’t open the workspace or use their AI assistants in it until you upgrade again, and nobody needs to be re-invited.
