Statistics for every post published through Toolies, refreshed automatically.
Insights shows the statistics Instagram reports for posts published through Toolies: views, likes, comments and the other metrics Instagram provides for each format, such as reach, shares and saves. Filter by creator to compare their posts.
How often they refresh#
- Every 15 minutes during a post’s first 30 days, while most of its views happen.
- Every 6 hours after that.
- Opening the Insights page triggers a refresh, and the page updates itself while it’s open.
A post shows as out of date when its last refresh is more than a few minutes late, for example while Instagram’s API is slow.
What isn’t included#
- Posts published directly in the Instagram app, outside Toolies.
- Account-wide numbers such as followers or profile visits.
- Statistics Instagram doesn’t provide for a format. Toolies never shows a missing number as zero.
